How to play Counter-Strike 1.6 in your browser
- Prepare your game root with both valve and cstrike directories.
- Open WebXash and select that folder or a ZIP with those directories at its root.
- Launch Counter-Strike and connect using a compatible CS web server’s WebSocket address.

Which files do I need?
Provide your own game root containing valve and cstrike. Both directories must be at the root of an imported ZIP.
Can I join any ordinary CS 1.6 server?
The browser client needs a compatible CS web server and its WebSocket address. The project links to a cs-web-server implementation.
