This fan-made OpenTTD web build includes open base graphics and brings transport management to a browser. Build stations and give vehicles repeating routes; money comes from delivering passengers or cargo. Start small to learn orders and running costs. Save from the game menu, then use the page’s top-left tools to Export Save for a backup. Browser data is local, and clearing site storage can remove your company.

How to play OpenTTD in your browser

  1. Wait for the OpenTTD menu, then choose New Game and generate a world with settings you can manage.
  2. For a simple start, place two bus stops on connected town roads and build a road depot nearby.
  3. Buy a bus, add both stops to its orders and start it. Check that the stops accept passengers and that every road segment connects.
  4. Watch profit and running costs before expanding. Save from the game menu and use the page’s top-left Export Save tool to keep a backup.
